Support for those who have been bereaved by suicide.
The Together service is here to support local people who have been bereaved by suicide across Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire.
The new service, which has been funded by Humber, Coast and Vale Health and Care Partnership, is delivered locally by Hull and East Yorkshire Mind and North East Lincolnshire Mind. It offers free emotional and practical support to individuals of any age who have lost someone to suicide.
Support can include:
- talking with an experienced bereavement worker
- support creating memory boxes
- funeral planning
- attending inquests
- help with financial matters
